Charles Magezi Mbire, born in 1959, is a Ugandan businessman and industrialist, reported as the wealthiest indigenous Ugandan.
He is chairman of MTN Uganda and holds interests in Eskom Uganda, Bank of Baroda Uganda, Rift Valley Railways and Chui Investments, alongside pharmaceuticals, fish farming and real estate. He became chairman of the Uganda Securities Exchange in 2010 and sits on the Presidential Investor Roundtable.
